a. Plantista provides one-to-one plant-based nutrition coaching services for individuals aged 18 and above.
b. Coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meets or Zoom, and educational materials are provided in video, spoken, and written formats.
3. Client Eligibility
a. Clients must be 18 years old or older to participate in Plantista's nutrition coaching services.
b. Plantista does not provide coaching services to individuals under 18 years old, even with parental consent.
4. Payment and Packages
a. Payment for nutrition coaching packages and meal plans must be made according to the agreed-upon terms.
b. Plantista reserves the right to modify pricing and package details with advance notice.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
a. Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions in advance.
b. Plantista has a cancellation policy that will be communicated to clients upon engagement.
5.1 Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At Plantista Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching, we value your commitment to improving your health and well-being through our nutrition coaching services. To ensure a smooth and fair process, we have established the following cancellation policy.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
2.1 Scheduling: Clients are responsible for scheduling nutrition coaching sessions in advance through our designated scheduling system.
2.2 Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we kindly ask that you provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
2.3 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations.
3. Late Cancellation Fee
3.1 Late Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged for late cancellations. This fee is necessary to compensate our coach for the reserved time and to ensure fairness to other clients seeking appointments.
3.2 Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the late cancellation fee may be considered at our discretion.
4. No-Show Policy
4.1 No-Show Definition: If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
4.2 No-Show Fee: A fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session will be charged for no-shows. This fee compensates our coaches for the time reserved for your session.
5. Payment of Fees
5.1 Billing: Late cancellation fees and no-show fees will be billed to the client's account associated with the nutrition coaching services.
5.2 Payment Deadline: Fees must be paid within 10 days of the missed or canceled session.
